The best opticians in Tamworth! It is always a pleasure to visit our local branch as all the staff are so friendly, helpful, knowledgeable and make you feel they genuinely care about you as a person. Excellent service at Cannock practice. This was a potential medical emergency and the optician saw my husband immediately and gave a thorough and reassuring examination. Very grateful for his help and we will definitely use this practice again.

Have used the same practise in Tamworth for over 20 years and when they were bought out by AB Optics wondered whether the same service and personal touch would continue. We were not disappointed. The transition was seamless. You are told what is being checked during any eye test / check up and whilst there was a slight change in staff members their friendly professionalism continues. I'm confident I'll be there for the next 20 years too.

Been using AB Optics in Malvern for a couple of years now after having moved to the area. Have recently bought a new pair of glasses and my new prescription is so much better than my previous pair. The ordering and fitting process was dealt with very professionally. Would highly recommend.

Fantastic with me and my child and very friendly. Incredibly thorough. When I mentioned that I suffer with migraines they really went the extra mile to rule out any optical issues.
Also had my child's glasses fixed within 30 minutes of me dropping them off.

We have entrusted our eye care to this practice in Solihull for many years, earlier as C. M. Rouse. Since Mr Rouse retired and handed over to A B Optics, the service has remained first class, caring and friendly, while new technologies have been introduced. Eye tests are comprehensive and thorough, with prompt referrals to specialist care where needed, generally under NHS. They are not the cheapest in town, but definitely good value for an essential service.

Always friendly when you go in, lovely staff. I had a brilliant eye test, everything was explained to me, nothing rushed and it feels better because I see the same ophthalmologist every time so he knows me and has all my records of previous visits. I was lucky today as hardly anything had changed with my sight so I was not pressured to get new glasses, and as I had taken advantage of the buy one get one free offer previously I have a spare pair as well. I did pay extra for the eye scan, but well worth it. My glasses were checked, tightened a little and cleaned. A great visit as always. I would recommend AB optics without a shadow of doubt.

Have been going to A B Optics since moving to Church Stretton and every appointment has been wonderful. Mr Bandali is incredibly friendly and we often have a chat about what I’ve been up to. He also explains the procedures which I find very fascinating. Highly recommend!

Bring both parents here and am very impressed with how friendly and professional they all are. They even cleaned my glasses and tightened the frame for me while I was waiting! Definitely looking into moving here. Nothing is too much trouble for them.

It's always difficult to find the right service when you move into the area, finding a good optician is among the list.
AB OPTICS, are the perfect find. The minute l said what l wanted, they were there. The shop was brightly lit, great display of frames.Very polite and helpful front of the shop staff.
The optician himself explained what tests were for, he showed patience, care and attention, which left me feeling calm. The eye test over he went through his results with great assurance.
I was able to leave my current glasses with the shop, for slight alteration, they were back promptly.
