We are delighted to announce that we have resumed routine eyecare at all our practices.
Inevitably the COVID-19 pandemic will have affected every aspect of our lives dramatically. We hope that none of you have experienced any personal tragedy as a result of the virus.
In order to maintain the safety of our patients and staff we have analysed and redesigned every aspect of our customer journey to minimise risk. We are reducing the amount of time people spend in practice. We have strict disinfecting and sanitising policies in place for our consultation rooms as well as our display stock. We have adequate supplies of the appropriate PPE which our staff have been trained to use and we are still maintaining strict social distancing within the premises.
All this means that we can see fewer patients than we normally would. However, there is no compromise in the level eyecare we provide and we are prioritising patients who need us the most.
We are also able to perform adjustments or repairs and deal with any contact lens queries. Your spectacles, contact lenses, eye drops or supplements can be delivered directly to your home. We can even collect your spectacles for repair and return them to you.
